What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and how to ask us to delete it.
MAZ Converts ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through mazconverts.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to information collected through our forms. Sites we've built for clients have their own privacy practices.
Information We Collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit an inquiry, onboarding questionnaire or client review on this site, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- Your business name, if you provide one
- The type of project you're inquiring about and your estimated budget, if selected
- Whatever you write in the message field
- Your project questionnaire answers and any files you choose to submit
- Your review, rating and choice about permission to publish it, when you leave a review
We don't use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts on this site at the time of writing. If that changes — for example, if we add analytics to understand how visitors use the site — we'll update this policy first.
How We Use It
We use inquiry and project information to respond to you, prepare a proposal and deliver the work you've hired us for. We don't sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Client reviews are delivered to our inbox so we can read your feedback and follow up if needed. Reviews are not published automatically. We only publish a review with your permission, and we don't publish your email address. You can contact us to withdraw publication permission.
Third-Party Services
A couple of outside services help run this site:
- Resend delivers our contact form submissions by email. Your message passes through their infrastructure to reach our inbox. See Resend's privacy policy for details on how they handle that data in transit.
- FormSubmit delivers onboarding questionnaires and client reviews by email. Your submission passes through its infrastructure to reach our inbox. You may be asked to complete a verification before sending a form.
- Fontshare serves the typefaces used across this site. Loading a font from their servers may log standard technical information like your IP address, the same way any external resource request does.
We don't use these services to track you across other sites or build an advertising profile.
How Long We Keep It
We keep inquiry and project-related information for as long as it's useful — generally for the life of a client relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and tax purposes. If you inquire but don't become a client, we'll keep your message only as long as needed to follow up, and delete it on request.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it entirely. To do any of these, just get in touch — we'll handle it directly, no formal process required.
Children's Privacy
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes to This Policy
If we materially change how we collect or use information, we'll update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
